Buying Information
You may pre-register to bid in person now. Online bidding is handled through Proxibid. Online bidding registration will be available at a later time.
We charge a non-refundable $50 bidder registration fee for on site bidders.
We charge a non-refundable $100 bidder registration fee to bid online, by telephone, or by proxy.

All bidders must qualify with Proxbid's screening process in order to bid on any consignments.
The purchaser is required to arrange their own transportation.

Selling Information
You can consign your vehicle online using our online consignment form:
We charge a marketing fee for all consignments ranging from $300 to $700.
Consignments with a reserve have a 8% commission.
Consignments with no reserve have a 5% commission.
Memorabilia can be consigned on a case-by-case basis.

Items consigned as No Reserve do not have an entry fee and 15% sales commission.
Items consigned with a Reserve and valued under $250 have a $25 entry fee and 15% sales commission.
Items consigned with a Reserve and valued over $250 have a $50 entry fee and 15% sales commission.

Indoor Trailer Parking
Motorsport Auction Group (MAG) is now offering trailer parking available for Hot August Nights participants and MAG auction buyers and sellers. Parking will be inside the Reno Sparks Convention Center in Halls 4 and 5. Entrance is located on the South side of the building. The MAG Trailer Parking will be the only indoor secure trailer parking during Hot August Nights.
