LOT 448
2014 Maserati
GranTurismo Convertible
I'm the third owner of this amazing, Classic 1959 Shasta Travel Trailer.
The first owner purchased it new and used it for the first ten or so years while his kids were young until he retired it to his barn outside Fallon (nice and dry, no mold or rust). The second owner purchased it in 2009 while on a road trip through Nevada. He is the one who did much of the remodel. I purchased it from the second owner in 2014. Since then I've installed a new axel and new rooftop wind vent.
For an old aluminum trailer its still in good shape. Not ready to take to a car show immediately but ready to be used. With a tad-bit of TLC there's no reason this couldn't bring home some car show hardware!
-Original Ice-Box (yep, just toss in one of those large blocks of ice and it'll last a couple days)
-Electricity is run by a single car battery with a trickle charger to keep battery powered while sitting. I have never had an issue with the battery or electric. Last time I charged the battery was two years ago.
-Electric water pump/tank
-Gas stove/oven
-Gas light above kitchen table (heats the trailer up as well)
-Kitchen table turns into bed
-Decent sized closet
-Above bed could be used for storage or for a small child to sleep
-Aluminum Propane tanks
-Comes with a cover which fits the entirety of the trailer, as well as a hitch and sway bar.
-Extremely comfortable double size bed.
